ENTITY PROFILE
La Farga has been working with copper for railway applications since the XIX century. As a
metallurgical company of reference in the copper sector, we integrate the whole manufacturing
process: From production of wire rod to the final product.
La Farga supplies the habitual materials for electrification in the railway sector, such as
Copper, Copper Tin, Silver Copper and Magnesium Copper; and we have developed other
advanced materials with high mechanical and electrical properties. We have hundreds of
references (national and international) in the railway sector including high-speed lines,
conventional lines, underground and tramways.
