ENTITY PROFILE
Adif, the Administrator of Railway Infrastructures, is a state-owned company that reports
to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda. Adif is in charge of:

• Administrating rail infrastructures (tracks, stations, freight terminals, etc.).
• The rail traffic management.
• Distributing capacity to rail operators.
• The collection of fees for infrastructure, station and freight terminal use.

Currently, Adif manages 15.390 kilometers of railways tracks (see Network Statement 2020).

Detection Systems for railway lines: Fallen Objects (DCO) and Cross Wind (DVL). New

High precision automatic inventory system for railway network assets (SENTINEL).

Automatic tunnel inspection through multi-sensory vehicle (TUNEL CURIOSITY).

Aerodynamics and Railway Dynamics.
