CETIEX

ENTITY PROFILE
CETIEX (Industrial Technological Centre of Extremadura), is a non-profit private organization
founded in 2007 by the College of Industrial Engineers of Extremadura and the Association of
Industrial Engineers of Extremadura. CETIEX has three headquarters located in Badajoz,
Cáceres and Los Santos de Maimona (Badajoz).

The main activity of CETIEX has dealt from its origin with the research, development and
innovation, applied to different areas of activity on a regional, national and European level. The
objective of CETIEX is to contribute to the technological improvement and technology
management in order to increase the competitiveness of enterprises, the creation and
consolidation of employment and economic growth. CETIEX is a member of the network of the
Spanish Centres of Excellence. UNIVERSITIES AND RESEARCH CENTRES
