Mechanical static and fatigue testing on structures and subassemblies both
with application of maximum break loads or real measured operational
loads according to international/national standards and/or special standards
and specifications.

BOGIES AND BOLSTERS
Quasi static and fatigue structural tests according to main international standards: EN 13749, UIC 513, etc.
3 Independent test benches for bogie frames over isolated suspended test bases of 8x8 m2.
- Up to 25 dynamic channels with corresponding hydraulic actuators per test bench.
- Loads include vertical, lateral, roll, yaw, traction, brake, etc and multiple combinations.
1 Modular fully adaptable test bench for multidirectional multicomponent load application.
NDT inspection (visual, magnetic) for crack growth and propagation analysis.

CARBODY FRAMES AND MAIN STRUCTURES
Quasi static structural tests according to main international standards: EN 12663, APTA, PRIIA, etc.
2 fixed test benches for frames with dimensions up to 35m x 3,5m.
- Vertical loading via autonomous distributed pneumatic system.
- Maximum compression loads: 450 Ton; Maximum traction load: 250 Ton.
1 Portable test bench – dismountable for shipping to customer´s premises for local testing avoiding costs & risk (freight,
time of vehicle frame shipment).
- Vertical loading via dead load (water containers, sand bags, etc).
- Maximum compression loads: 1million lb.

COMPONENTS
Quasi static and fatigue structural tests of railway vehicle components and subassemblies.
Multiple tailor made rigs for small components testing.
Universal isolated test base for modular test set-ups to accommodate any test configuration as demanded by our
customers.
