CIDAUT FOUNDATION

DESCRIPTION AND GOALS OF THE ORGANISATION

With more than 15 years of experience, CIDAUT is an expert partner in
dinamic testing . We work in all phases of the component development
process, providing our customers with proactive engineering, simulation
and testing services.

CIDAUT has highly skilled engineers, CAE experts and our own dynamic
testing infrastructure. The continuous interaction between our prototyping
and tooling workshops and engineering departments allows us to shorten
test set-up preparation times and provide our clients with support in the
analysis of the results.

Facilities:
Inverse Catapult (HYGE) MTS 888 Horizontal Crash Simulator. Dynamic testing services, excellent accuracy and
repeatibility.
* Aceleration: 75 g (1,000 Kg payload).
* Deceleration: -45 g (500 Kg payload).
* Jerk: 8 g/ms // 30 g/ms.
* Stroke: 1,650 mm.
* Velocity: Up to 81 Km/h.
* Climate control: 18 ºC - 22.5ºC.
* HMI low temperature lighting.
Equipment:
* Anthropomorphic Test Devices instrumented according to international crash regulations and protocols (HIII 50 th,
HIII 95th, etc).
* 3D measurement devices.
* High speed cameras.

We have our own tooling design and manufacturing department, this allows us to face every testing request with the
best lead time according to our clients’ needs.

Testing according to the different international regulations and protocols
* Dynamic tests according to customer requirements.
* Dynamic tests according to GM/RT2100 Requirements for Rail Vehicle Structures.
* Dynamic tests according to AV/ST 9001 Vehicle Interior Crashworthiness.
